Direct guidance and supervision of GrandTuhon Leo T Gaje Jr himself, the organization prides itself for being the recognized organization authorized to provide fundamental, specialized and instructor courses on Pekiti Tirsia Kali for the Philippine Armed Forces and the Philippine National Police.

Instructors of PTK ASTACOM have established professional working relationships with various special units in the Philippines to include the elite Presidential Security Group, the Naval Special Operations Command (Navy Seals), the National Bureau of Investigation and of course the Army's First Scout Ranger Regiment. The organization is under the Chairmanship of GrandTuhon Leo T. Gaje Jr. and operational leadership of Tuhon Micky Alcaraz, ASTACOM Director and Tuhon Jay Bataclan, ASTACOM Executive Director.
