Owner/Founder: Chief Jesse

Chief is a military veteran with extensive combat experience and years in law enforcement. He is ranked a "Tuhon" (Grandmaster) in the Filipino Fighting Art Pekiti Tirsia Kali and he is the Founder of Pekiti Tirsia Kalirongan. He has over 45 years in Martial Arts and in multiple disciplines. He is considered an Edged/Impact Weapon Expert. Extensive Firearms experience, he is certified as an NRA Instructor, Conceal Carry Instructor, and a MIL/LE firearms Instructor. In the military, he was a Medical Provider and has extensive Field (Wilderness) Medicine, Combat Medicine, and Clinical Medicine experience. An avid Outdoor Survivalist, he can show you tools and techniques to survive any situations in the wilderness. He focuses on your physical attributes but also your mindset. He is a World Class Master Training Specialist. His motto "POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE" is the core Philosophy of the Academy.
